A proper inspection covers more than the shingles you can see from the driveway. We go up on the roof and into the attic, because most problems show on one side before the other.

Can my roof be repaired, or does it need replacing?
It depends on the age of the roof, how far the damage has spread and the state of the decking underneath. A single failed flashing or a few lifted shingles is a repair. Widespread granule loss, soft decking in several areas or repeated leaks in different spots usually point to a re-roof. We show you what we found on the roof before recommending either.
What should I do if my roof is leaking right now?
Put a bucket under the drip, move anything valuable out of the way and, if the ceiling is bulging, poke a small hole to let the water out in one place. Then call us on (813) 939-3260. We can tarp the roof to stop further water getting in until the permanent repair is done.
Do you help with storm damage insurance claims?
Yes. We inspect the roof, photograph the damage and write up what we found so you have something clear to give your insurer or adjuster. Whether the claim is approved is up to your insurance company.
